Hello to all, I'm a newbie here, a retired electronics engineer with too many ideas, a large basement shop, and a passion for firearms, yet so little time?
I live in Florence, (no not Italy) but in the Bitterroot Valley, south of Missoula.

As an ex-engineer, firearms of all types fascinate me, I suppose it's the engineering details and level of accuracy involved.
I have a few in my collection, both modern and old... They range from a tiny Belgian 6mm 1875 Flobert target pistol, to my C. Sharps 1885 in 45-90...
Add a few front front stuffers for fun! I reload for many calibers and enjoy tinkering with load analysis software... geeks do that sort of thing!

Have a great summer, and enjoy the 4th!

Welcome, love the profile! A retired electronics engineer with a basement shop and a passion for firearms is exactly the kind of member who adds value here.

Be careful what you wish for! :devilish:

Joking aside, this forum is new and growing, and represents an integral of the user's knowledge.
Ask and you may get an answer that's highly helpful... if not, maybe just amusing!

Working on 45-90 / Lee 500-GC FP / 3031 - 2000fps loads... Fun, yet punishing!
Big Squirrel problem here in Florence.... you can never have too much gun....

Flobert 6mm to 45-90... The sublime to ridiculous!
