Controversial opinion: Christmas morning hunts are completely acceptable

My family thinks I'm crazy but hear me out. But on Christmas mornings, I'm up at 5am, in the stand by 6, back home by 9 before anyone's even fully awake. I still do the whole present thing and breakfast...so nobody loses anything. Why is this such a big deal to people? Convince me I'm wrong or back me up here.

If your family is okay with it why not. If I actually got one that might be a harder sell in my family. It probably depends on the family. I do my own processing and that can be a bit time consuming for me at least. At that point I’m pretty sure my wife would be tolerating it at best.

If hunting on Christmas is legal why not. There's a reason more and more men are not marrying.
